How we got thereExplore the decisions and delivery details

The starting point

The Wedding Edit is a L’AGENCE-owned Experiences brand founded by Mohammad and Amani. Its starting point was personal: moments from their wedding remained only in memory, while the photographs and films took longer to arrive.

The challenge

The brand needed to explain why wedding content creation matters alongside professional photography and film. It also needed to turn an emotional idea into services couples could understand and compare.

The decision

Build the positioning around the moments couples miss and the feeling of reliving them quickly. The 24-hour delivery promise became a central service commitment, supported by candid mobile content and physical Polaroids.

The system

We developed a connected offer: content creation with Polaroids, an expanded collection combining content with professional photo and film, and a clearly separated future Photo Booth service. The journey moves from the couple’s emotional need to the right collection and an availability enquiry.

The delivery

The work shaped the brand promise, founder narrative, service distinctions, collection structure and explanatory add-ons. The website direction places the story before package comparison and makes the role of mobile content clear within the wider wedding team.

The result

The project produced a defined brand position and service architecture for launch preparation. The 24-hour promise is the designed service standard; this study describes brand development rather than completed client-wedding results.

Additional project notes

A real reason to exist. The founders’ experience gave the brand a specific problem to solve: the reactions, small exchanges and moments happening outside the couple’s view. That insight connects the service to an emotional need before introducing deliverables. One offer, with room to choose. Content and Polaroids form the foundation. Professional photography and film extend that foundation into a richer collection, keeping the relationship between packages clear. The future Photo Booth offer remains marked as coming soon. A journey built around confidence. The communication explains what is captured, how it complements other wedding professionals and how couples choose their edit. Clear service boundaries support the brand promise as the business prepares for launch.
