Defining a clear promise for a bilingual gaming brand—and turning it into a product people can navigate.
CASE STUDY
Ralify is a L’AGENCE-owned media brand. The project brought brand strategy, editorial direction and product planning together around one ambition: The Gaming Home Screen.
Gaming information is spread across news feeds, videos, guides and wikis. Ralify needed a clear reason to exist and a structure that could grow beyond its initial GTA VI focus without becoming a disconnected collection of articles.
Make the game the centre of the experience. We translated the brand promise into Worlds: lasting destinations that connect timely reporting with useful game knowledge. English and Arabic became part of the core offer, with regional relevance built into the editorial direction.
The strategy connected three layers: the promise of a gaming home screen, an editorial principle of trust before speed, and a product architecture of Stories, Worlds and Universes. Weekly Active Gamers was defined as the North Star so recurring usefulness could guide decisions beyond publishing volume.
We developed the positioning and operating principles, defined the content hierarchy, and connected them to navigation, World pages, editorial labels and discovery journeys. The work established a shared direction for the website, newsroom and creative system.
The strategic direction is visible in the live product: a bilingual home screen with game-led discovery, related coverage and durable World destinations. Ralify remains in early access; audience growth and commercial impact are not claimed in this study.
THE STORY
A promise with a practical job.
“The Gaming Home Screen” became a way to decide what belongs in the product. A news story helps a player stay current; a World helps them understand the game over time. Connecting those experiences gave the brand a role beyond publishing another headline.
A structure designed to expand.
Worlds organise coverage around games. Universes provide a broader home for publishers and gaming ecosystems. Shared content modules allow the experience to expand while keeping a recognisable structure.
Strategy expressed in the experience.
The result is a brand direction carried into actual product choices: bilingual access, clear editorial classifications and routes from current coverage to deeper context. The next measure of success is whether those choices earn useful repeat visits.
