Privacy Policy

Who we are

L’AGENCE is a creative growth agency operating in the United Arab Emirates. Our website address is https://lagencegroup.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

For any question about this policy or about data we hold on you, contact us through the Start a Project form or by email at the address published on this website.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry through a form on this website we collect your name, company name, email address, and any details you choose to provide about your requirement, current situation, budget range and timeline. These fields exist so that we can route your enquiry to the right person and respond with something useful rather than generic.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals
  • To manage a client relationship once a project begins
  • To send occasional updates about our work, where you have asked to receive them
  • To maintain the security and performance of this website
  • To meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, on the basis of legitimate interest when we operate and secure this website, and on the basis of contract or legal obligation once we are engaged on work together.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning and cannot be switched off. Performance cookies help us understand which pages are used and where visitors run into difficulty. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time, though parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of third parties to run this website and our communications, including our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our customer relationship and form tools, and analytics services. These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Some of them operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates, which means your data may be transferred internationally. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

Embedded content

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as video, or links to social platforms. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that website directly, and those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and, if a relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law or for accounting purposes. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe. Website log data is retained for a limited period for security and performance purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to provide it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will respond to any such request within a reasonable period.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The version published on this page is always the current one.

Last updated: 26 August 2026.

This policy is a general-purpose document and is not legal advice. If your obligations under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, or under any other applicable regime, require specific disclosures, have it reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before relying on it.
